Doctor Djo Matangwa 33 years old is a Humanitarian. He is a Central African from University of Lubumbashi. He has 5 years experiences in Humanitarian missions and Emergencies Plan of troubles countries, in Primary Health care, Public Health and Health Management… He worked with RCA together with the Congolese government, He has passed in Rwanda, Uganda as Humanitarian, also, he Works in the Eastern of RD.Congo, and After Earthquake he joins in Haiti as a Team Leader / Medical Doctor Merlin, and With MSF/CH as Medical Emergency Cholera Response in Haiti.

Medical Doctor/ Team Leader

• To assist in the delivery of primary health care and emergency medical services in Merlin’s
• intervention areas in Haiti through mobile clinics and static ones as and when the situation
• Follow The Doctor will provide direct medical / curative care to patients, supervise national
• medical staff, assist with the coordination of day to day health activities of mobile team, conduct
• on-the-job training for staff, ensure rational use of drugs and quality of care and ensure
• Support the development and implementation of Merlin’s PHC (curative and preventive)
• Interventions through mobile and possible static clinics.
